VT: SportsPort
A level field for every athlete.

A verified age-and-eligibility credential for youth athletes on Polygon. A trained verifier checks the paperwork once; after that, a league official confirms eligibility in seconds with a scan — without the family handing over a birth certificate again.

What a SportsPort is

Verified once

Documents are checked by a trained verifier, then the credential is issued on-chain.

Scan at the gate

A QR pass returns the eligibility verdict in seconds. The official sees a verdict — never a date of birth or a document.

Soulbound

One SportsPort per athlete. It cannot be sold or transferred — it belongs to the athlete.

Active one year

Renew with a fresh attestation each season. Expired credentials fail the scan.

How it works

One check. One card. One season sorted.

01

Verify once

A guardian submits the athlete's documents. A trained verifier checks them and issues the SportsPort on-chain — birth certificate, enrollment, and consent at minimum.

02

Hold the pass

The family claims the credential to their wallet. The pass shows the athlete's name, a scan code and the facts a gate checks; the credential on-chain names no one.

03

Scan at the gate

A league volunteer picks the division in the scanner app and scans the pass. The on-chain verdict comes back in seconds: eligible or not.

Privacy

What we do with your child's documents.

The blockchain never sees a name, a date of birth or a document. The paperwork that proves it is handled like this — and every rule is enforced, not promised.

Documents are encrypted the whole time we hold them

Documents are deleted 30 days after the verifier's decision

Date of birth is never published on-chain

Every look at a file is written down, permanently

Nothing is stored until a guardian has said yes

Only trained verifiers open a file; an AI reader flags pages for them

FAQ

Common questions.

What is actually on the blockchain?

A crest and a number, plus verifier attestations that the athlete met a league's requirements. No name, no date of birth, no documents.

What if my child changes leagues?

The SportsPort travels with the athlete. A new league reads the same credential against its own ruleset — no re-verification needed inside the active year.

Who looks at the documents?

A trained verifier reads every application and makes every decision. Before they do, each page is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to point out anything worth a closer look; Anthropic doesn't train on it. Every access is logged permanently, and files are deleted 30 days after the verifier's decision.

Can it be sold or traded?

No. SportsPort is soulbound — permanently locked to the athlete it was issued to.
